Connecting a WooCommerce store to Kenexx takes about ten minutes. You install one plugin, press one button, and author your first promotion from a screen you already know.

1. Install the KNX Connect plugin

[TRYGVE: distribution decision. During beta we install it with you; later this is a download link or the WordPress plugin directory.] The plugin is self-contained: it does not modify your checkout, your theme, or your payment settings.

2. Press Connect

In your WordPress admin, open the KNX Connect settings and press Connect. You will be sent to kenexx.online to sign in (or create your retailer account), confirm the store, and you are returned connected. Your store receives its own credentials; no passwords are shared and you can disconnect at any time.

3. Create your first promotion

Open any product in your catalog and find the Kenexx tab in the product data box. Set a promotion price or a percent off, the dates, and the referrer reward, then save the product. The promotion is created on Kenexx and the matching coupon appears in your store immediately, restricted to that product. There is also a KNX Promotions screen listing everything in one place.

4. Fund your wallet

Referrer rewards are paid from your prepaid wallet. Your dashboard shows the balance and a Fund Wallet link that brings you to checkout on this site. Kenexx holds a small reserve per active promotion; if the balance cannot cover the reserve, your promotions pause automatically until you top up. You are never billed beyond what you deposit. 5. Put the invitation in your receipts

This one is automatic. When an order comes through a Kenexx share, the order confirmation page and email include a short invitation for the buyer to share the deal forward. Orders that did not come through Kenexx show nothing.

6. Watch it work

The KNX widget on your WordPress dashboard shows your wallet, active promotions, and recent referral activity at a glance. Sales and refunds report to Kenexx automatically, including partial refunds, which reverse the matching rewards.
