Shopify support is live and in guided beta: we complete the connection with you in one short session rather than leaving you to a settings page. Everything after setup is automatic.
What the session covers
- Connect the store. A private app connection between your Shopify store and Kenexx, created together in about fifteen minutes. No theme changes and no checkout changes.
- Your first promotion. You choose the product and the deal; Kenexx creates the discount in your store. Shoppers redeem it like any Shopify discount, online or at the register.
- Receipts that grow your reach. Two small additions to your order confirmation email and thank-you page invite buyers who used a Kenexx code to share the deal forward. We paste these in with you.
- Shopify POS. If you sell in person, your POS app scans Kenexx codes natively (POS app 11.5 or later). Staff training is one sentence: scan the code, do not key a manual discount.
How sales and rewards flow
When a shopper buys with a Kenexx code, Shopify notifies Kenexx automatically. The referral is credited, rewards draw from your prepaid wallet, and refunds reverse the matching rewards on their own. Your dashboard on this site shows the wallet, active promotions, and what is driving sales.
